WednesdayS

Hatha flow 9:30am - 10:30am

In Sanskrit, the word "Haṭha" is made up of two syllables: "Ha" – meaning sun and "Tha" – meaning moon.

Together, Haṭha symbolises the union of opposites, the solar (active) and lunar (receptive) energies within us. It reflects the balancing of strength and softness, effort and surrender, movement and stillness.

So at its essence, Haṭha Yoga is the practice of harmonising these dual energies — bringing balance to the body, mind, and breath. In our Hatha Flow Yoga class sometimes we will be flowing with the breath from pose to pose, and sometimes the poses will be held. This class can be made to suit you, you can make it more gentle or more challenging (You do you).

FORTNIGHTLY WednesdayS

yin with sound meditation 7pm - 8pm

Yin Yoga is a slow, meditative practice that targets the deep connective tissues of the body, promoting energetic release. With long-held, mostly floor-based poses (3-5minutes), this practice invites stillness, introspection and deep nourishment for both body and mind. This class offers a longer meditation that will be accompanied with some Sound by Kate (normally some singing bowls and singing).

THURsdays

yin yoga 9:30am - 10:30am

Yin Yoga is a slow, grounding practice where poses are held for 3-5 minutes (sometimes longer) to gently release the deeper connective tissues of the body. It invites stillness, supports nervous system regulation and creates space for deep rest and reflection.
