Not at all.
All classes are open to beginners, and you’ll be gently guided throughout. You’re welcome exactly as you are. -
Just yourself, and maybe your water bottle.
Mats and props are provided, but you’re welcome to bring your own if you prefer. -
Something comfortable that you can move freely in. Normally barefoot, or I suggest grip socks if you prefer to wear socks. Socks can be nice in Yin Yoga too.

Simply register as a new member/create an account, and you’ll receive a complimentary pass for your first group class.You can then select your class and book directly through the timetable. To purchase classes, head to the store. Single class pass is $20. 3 class pass is $50. 6 class pass is $90. Then simply head to the class timetable on your studio bookings app or site and book your class/classes.
There is also the option to register as a new member and pay via cash, bank transfer, or cryptocurrency. Simply contact Kate to arrange an alternative payment method.

Please let me know beforehand so I can support you with appropriate guidance and modifications throughout the class. I also offer 1:1 sessions, that might be more suitable for you. -

If you let me know with notice, your class can be credited. Workshops, day retreats and away retreats have different policies in place. Read in our Terms & Conditions. -
Saha is a small, home-based studio in Redland Bay.
We are located at 16 Spinnaker Circuit, Redland Bay. Street parking available, or park in the driveway, if space available. -
Saha Online is a growing library of practices you can access anytime, from home. It is an annual subscription you can cancel at any time. Once subscribed, simply log in from the website to access the classes. New class added pretty much weekly.
