Our Winter Yoga Day Retreat, Rest & Replenish, has been thoughtfully created to support your wellbeing during the cooler months, offering space to pause, recharge, and reconnect with yourself.

Throughout the day, you will be guided through practices designed to nourish both body and mind, including:
